Peaches & Apples

Well, I feel as if fall is really here! The leaves are changing color, and the cooler air has that distinctive fall crisp! It is a new experience for me to associate fall with fruit harvest but I am really enjoying it. A few weeks ago, before it was really fall, I picked some peaches and made some freezer jam. Since then, my friend Stacey brought me some apples she picked from a tree in her front yard. They look so pretty that I couldn't resist the photo opportunity! Who knows, maybe I will make a pie!
